Springing Power of Attorney

With either a special or general of power of attorney, you have the option of making it effective immediately upon signing or having it "spring" into action based on a triggering event. For example, if you only wanted someone to have the authority to act for you when a medical condition prevents you from acting, then we can draft the agreement to be effective only when that situation occurs.
